This isn't a be-all and end-all book, but it isn't intended to be. It writes a clear story about how to create both value and financial security, while managing personal risk, to create wealth that can continue to the next generation. This is one piece of a financial puzzle, but it's a great piece!

I don't live in the US and I think this is only applicable to a US audience. I found it difficult to understand the concepts, and there was a lot of repetition. I don't understand how a product can be "so good". Usually if a product is too good to be true, there's a problem.

I read Garrett’s book “Killing Sacred Cows” in 2008, and it changed my mindset from one of scarcity to one of abundance. So, when I saw that Garrett and Micheal had written a new book, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on a copy. A lot has changed in my life from eight years ago. I have created more wealth through my business, got married and started a family. I have two small boys ages 2 and 4. “What Would the Rockefellers Do?” was the perfect book at the perfect time. After reading the book, once again, I have experienced a mindset shift. Going from the traditional concepts of accumulation, that most, if not all financial experts teach, to now focusing more on cash flow. This was just one of the many concepts that had a profound effect on me. This book answered questions I was having like “Now that I have created wealth how should I protect it and increase it? How can I transfer that wealth to my children in the most efficient way, as well as, give them insight into my investor philosophy? How I can rig the system in my favor by setting up my own bank (I hate using the word game-changer when describing this but there IS a game being played out there, and this flips that game to your advantage). Equations like “Cash Flow Index” guide me and give me the confidence that my money is being used most efficiently. The lessons in this book are invaluable. Having implemented all the strategies in this book, I can say; I now have piece of mind knowing I am protected for the future. Also, it has freed me up to focus on what I do best within my business. I highly recommend this book.

Seriously life-changing read! My wife and I had been kicking the tires on getting our financial future in order, and had it down conceptually after Killing Sacred Cows (which we also loved and read 5x) but still didn't quite get the process... so had barely got started! As soon as I picked this one up I didn't put it down, and now we finally get it and immediately put things in motion. The material in here is worth so damn much, and it will literally just keep paying and paying... yet in a way that doesn't keep your money tied up for decades while others get their cuts of it and you can't touch it until you're too old to bend over and touch your toes! As I read about a mysterious manuscript dating to Roman times found by Sean Ryan and Isabel Sharp, their search for Susan, the woman interpreting the validity of the manuscript, who has vanished, taking them to Jerusalem then on to Cairo and back to Jerusalem again, mystery and danger, an environment of religious factions and suspicions, truth elusive, deaths by fire.....then I suddenly realized it was 1:30 in the morning, long past my bedtime, seeing I was barely halfway through the novel, feeling pleasure I had much more to read after breakfast the next morning, I knew I was reading the work of a master story teller. The writing is descriptive, informative, giving a sense of actually being there. All of the people they met, friendly and not, gave a very real depth to the conflicts in Israel. It brings home the message that evil is in the minds of some men and women, not amenable to reason, fanatic, and it is not restricted to any particular religion or cause. I recently finished all three in the trilogy and so glad I waited to read them back to back. Great action and I enjoyed the characters. Many welcome but surprising discoveries. It also gave me more insight and some understanding of the issues in the Middle East and how they are so intertwined. O'Bryan is a master of pulling you in with scenes painted as if I was truly there looking on as the story unfolds. Thank you!

I loved the first book in this series. It seems, looking back that there was adventure and suspense from the start. This book, not so much. Once it got interesting the book was really good, but it took me awhile to get into it. One thing I do like about this author's books. He writes about the towns, people and areas as much as the main story line. And I plan on reading the next book as soon as I g t it downloaded.

This second book in Laurence O'Bryan's mystery/thriller series offers believable historical locations, cultural references, and puzzling clues as to the location, and drive of a mad man; the reader is able to look into this mystery's misery through the plight of the victims. I don’t take time to write reviews very often, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share how incredible the information is in this book. I have dated countless men and continue to hit dead ends when all I want is one healthy, long-lasting relationship. I’ve been told there may be a subconscious factor in my “selection process,” but that didn’t make any sense to me when many of these men are completely different from each other. Frankly, I didn’t believe that I had any part in how these men acted or reacted.Reading this book has truly opened the eyes of my heart to understand what’s been going on in my dating life. I now understand how my actions - subconscious as they have been all along, stemming from childhood events - have contributed to unhealthy patterns in my relationships.Do I think I’ll meet the man of my dreams next week? If all self-help books were this good, I'd probably be an avid reader. But for now, I can read this one over and over again. I'm happy with that.

Pretty short and big on telling, not showing. Could definitely have used some proofreading between misspellings and switching tenses. Not up to the caliber of something I would normally pay for.

It gives these people and different aliens to see if they are true love mates. They only have a week to find out. Great box set and a great read.

The stories feel rushed to Me. The plot is interesting and different. Parts that would have benefited from more detail were swept under, heading to the next part.

It is a quick read but I don't feel that anything was lost by the length and felt that the author did well with the creation of her characters, the world building and pulling off an entertaining and engaging story.Champion of Avrox:This is a fantastic SciFi read which grabs your attention on the first page and holds on all the way through.I love the concept of this dream, which is hot and sexy, which leads to this wonderful adventure for Lora that turns her life on its head and gives her the ride of a lifetime. I loved Asch, he was absolutely amazing and how these two evolved throughout the story.Secrets of Avrox:This is a relatively quick read but I didn't feel that anything was lost beyond my own desire to have more of these two wonderful characters. It is a well-written tale of two people who find that they have, essentially, been paired with the wrong people and they really belong with each other. There are touches of suspense and action which add substance and grit to the story line above it all is just a wonderful romance with real heart.I voluntarily reviewed Advanced Reader Copies of each of these books individually.
